Returns & Refunds Policy

At Prime Glass, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Due to the nature of tempered glass screen protectors, returns are accepted only in case of damage during transit.

Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return or replacement only if it is received damaged.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect model selection
  • Installation issues or application errors
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Used or installed products
Reporting Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in the claim being declined.

Resolution

Once the damage claim is verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement, or
  • Full refund to the original payment method

The resolution will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Return Shipping
  • In most cases, you may not be required to return the damaged product
  • If a return is required, shipping instructions will be provided at no cost
Secure Packaging

All products are securely packed in protective bubble wrap to minimise damage during transport. However, if damage occurs, we are committed to resolving it quickly.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
